Refund Policy
<p><strong>Refund Policy</strong><br>The following terms apply to any products you purchase from us.<br>First, we thank you and appreciate your purchase of our service or product at Tasks Swiftly. Please read this policy carefully as it will provide you with important information and guidance regarding your rights and obligations as our customer concerning any purchase or service we provide to you.</p>
<p>At Tasks Swiftly, we take pride in the services we offer and guarantee your satisfaction with our financial, accounting, or online secretary services. We are constantly working to improve our services. While we do our best to deliver the service to you as specified and on time for each service or product purchased from Tasks Swiftly, if we are unable, for any reason, to provide the service or product you purchased, please contact us immediately at <a href="mailto:info@tasksswiftly.com">info@tasksswiftly.com</a>, and we will rectify the situation or offer a refund or credit that can be used for future orders from Tasks Swiftly.</p>
<p><strong>You are entitled to a refund under the following conditions:</strong><br>Refunds will only be considered in cases where there is a clear and tangible deficiency in the service or product purchased from Tasks Swiftly. No refunds will be issued if Tasks Swiftly has processed the registration/order in accordance with government guidelines and the registration is pending from a government authority. If any government fees or dues were paid while processing your registration request, we will issue a full refund minus the paid government fees. (Rest assured, no government fees will be deducted until you provide a government receipt or other proof of payment).</p>
<p>If a customer pays for a service and then requests a refund solely because they changed their mind, the refund request will not be considered, as there was no error or defect on Tasks Swiftly's part. Refund requests will not be accepted after the work has been shared with you in the case of a change of mind. However, we will offer you the option to use the amount paid by you against an alternative service at Tasks Swiftly of equal value, and the mentioned amount can be applied partially or fully to the new service. If a refund request is raised more than 30 (thirty) days after the completion of the service or product purchase, and is reported via email or any other communication means, the refund request will be deemed invalid and will not be considered.</p>
<p>If the refund request is approved by Tasks Swiftly, it will be processed and you will be notified via email. The refund process may take at least 15 (fifteen) business days to complete, and the amount will be credited to your bank account accordingly. We will handle the refund process carefully and ensure that your funds are returned to you as quickly as possible.</p>
<p><strong>Service Fees</strong><br>When paying fees to Tasks Swiftly, the prepaid fees are retained in the client's account. Tasks Swiftly earns fees as it works on the client's case. During the collaboration, Tasks Swiftly earns fees at different rates and at different times based on the completion of various stages (such as providing access to the client portal, assigning a relationship manager, obtaining a DIN, submitting forms, etc.). No refunds can be given for earned fees because the resources and work hours spent in providing the service are non-returnable. Additionally, we cannot refund or credit any funds paid to government authorities, such as registration fees or taxes, or to any third party involved in processing your request. In all circumstances, Tasks Swiftly's liability for refunds is limited to the amount paid by the client.</p>
<p><strong>Service Change</strong><br>If you wish to change the service you ordered to a different service, you must submit this request within 30 days of the purchase date. The original purchase price will be credited, minus any earned fees and government fees paid by the client, such as registration fees or taxes, or to any third party involved in processing your request, to your account at Tasks Swiftly. You may use the account credit for any other service from Tasks Swiftly.</p>
<p><strong>Standard Pricing</strong><br>Tasks Swiftly has a standard pricing policy where no additional service fees are requested under any circumstances. However, the standard pricing policy does not apply to increases in the total fees paid by the client to Tasks Swiftly due to increases in government fees or fees paid by the client to complete legal documents or resubmit government forms due to rejection or reapplication. Tasks Swiftly is not responsible or liable for any additional costs incurred by the client related to completing the service.</p>
<p><strong>Factors Outside Our Control</strong><br>We cannot guarantee the results or consequences related to your specific actions. For example, a government may deny a trademark application for legal reasons outside of Tasks Swiftly's service. In some cases, governmental backlogs or issues on government platforms (such as MCA website, income tax site, FSSAI site) may lead to long delays before your transaction is completed. Similarly, Tasks Swiftly does not guarantee results or consequences from services provided by our partners on the Nearest Expert platform, who do not work for Tasks Swiftly. Such issues are beyond our control and are not covered under these guarantees or eligible for refunds. Therefore, delays in processing your file by the government cannot be a reason for a refund.</p>
<p><strong>Force Majeure</strong><br>Tasks Swiftly shall not be deemed in breach of its satisfaction guarantee or under any service terms due to any suspension, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations caused by earthquakes, floods, fires, storms, lightning, droughts, landslides, hurricanes, armed conflicts, strikes, or similar events beyond our reasonable control, whether anticipated or unanticipated (each referred to as a "Force Majeure Event").</p>
<p><strong>Cancellation Fees</strong><br>Since we incur costs and dedicate time and human resources, technical resources, and efforts to your request or to preparing your documents, our guarantee only covers issues of satisfaction arising from Tasks Swiftly—not changes in your circumstances or mental state. If you request that we suspend processing the service, we will retain the fees paid in your account until you are ready to proceed.</p>
<p>Before processing any refund, we reserve the right to make every effort to complete the service. If you are not satisfied with the service, a cancellation fee of 20% + earned fees + government fees paid will apply. In the case of a service change, cancellation fees will not apply.</p>
